What you find when you remove the toilet paper roll because it felt strange when you wanted to grab paper.. 🙂 (that’s why it’s sometimes handy to take your camera everywhere)

Northern Flinders Ranges, Oodnadatta Track

Once more I had an unforgettable time!
The Northern Flinders Ranges are so beautiful and there are a few nice 4WD Tracks 🙂 We’ve seen plenty of roos, emus, horses, cows, eagles and birds.
Even Copley was interesting, thanks to the truck drivers who took us to the coalfields 🙂
The Oodnadatta Track wasn’t open nor closed, it was “4WD only” -> Yippie!!
Now I have a new story for my grandchildren 😉
With the help of everyones gear and experience we pulled a car with trailer through a floodway (5 Snatchstrapes, 2 winchcables, Troop and another 4WD as anchor) 🙂
-> memorable!

Kangaroo Island

We had a great Time on Kangaroo Island!
There’s so much wildlife to see: kangaroos, koalas, seals and even sea-lions!
The eucalyptus-distillery was worth a visit as well.
Snorkeling is great and the water so clear, we’ve seen some nice fishes!
Fishing itself was not successful.. but we had a delicious plan B for dinner 🙂

For everyone who wants to visit this island:
take at least! 4 days time and check the ferryprices before you start your journey (it’s a fair bit cheaper if you book at least one night accommodation with the ferry)
Don’t expect 4WD tracks, it’s all easy to drive, just a bit corrugated.
